About this book
How do you become an effective pastor – who leads a church, rather than just looks after it? Based on years of reflection on the Bible and experience in several ordinary Anglican churches, the authors share the secret in this great little book. This book will help you get clear on what the gospel is, and what our task as ministers is-not just focusing on preaching, but on helping people grow. It will equip you for that most vital task of pastoral ministry-turning spiritual infants into spiritually mature adults who are part of a living body, the church.
