About this book
Klaus Bockmuehl, the late professor of theology and ethics at Regent College, Vancouver, BC, makes a startling and compelling connection between the theologies of the early Karl Barth, Rudolph Bultmann, and the later proponents of an "atheistic" Christianity. Dr. Bockmuehl urges us to recover the truth of God's reality, proposing a road back through study of the biblical record of God's work in history and through vital experience of God's lordship. His book rings with a passionate call to faith in a living and active God who is very much present in his redemptive work of changing individuals and the world.
