About this book
'Every Christian must be ready to follow Christ no matter what the cost, steady in commitment through all the changing feelings and circumstances of life, and willing to go...in service for Christ.'
Charles Marsh, a missionary in North Africa for forty-five years, has written Ready...Steady...Go! as a result of several years of 'retirement ministry' among young people.
He has found that few seem to understand the cost involved in following Christ, a cost all too evident to a missionary among Muslims.
The author stresses not only belief in Christ, but also the rule of Christ in the believer's life. Charles Marsh draws from his rich fund of missionary experience to portray these truths in a vivid way that will appeal to young and old alike.
